Arman Bashi, CEO & Project Development
Arman focuses his commitment to guide clients how to maximize their investment properties. With over 20 years experience working for top-design build companies, he guides clients to develop new housing projects from start to finish.
Arman was raised in San Jose, CA and studied at UC Davis.
Teresa Agustin, Principal Partner & Consultant
Teresa is a dedicated and compassionate figure whose journey from a "Mom & Pop" landlord to a professional operator of property management companies showcases her commitment to providing affordable housing with care and integrity. Born and raised in Sunnyvale, CA, by hardworking immigrant parents who transitioned from running a family-owned grocery store to real estate investments, Teresa learned early on the value of community support and compassion.
Teresa focuses on creating a caring environment for low-income families in Sunnyvale. In May 2018, her efforts have garnered recognition from Santa Clara County and the City of Sunnyvale for providing affordable housing and supporting low-income residents. In April 2019, she was also honored with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for her dedication to Sunnyvale Community Services and commitment to affordable rents.
Teresa wants to exemplify the transformative power of kindness, hard work, and a steadfast belief in supporting others on their journey towards a better future.
